TAX
Purchases shipped to Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

SHIPPING INFO
Most purchases are shipped from our Colorado warehouse by FedEx Ground delivery and take 2-5 business days to receive once shipped. Overnight orders will arrive on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. In the event there is a delay in your order we will notify you via email. Note: Some items are sent direct from our suppliers and may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

STANDARD DELIVERY/HANDLING CHARGES
All shipments under $99 are charged the rate based on our shipping table below. For orders over $99 we are offering *FREE STANDARD SHIPPING* Not applicable with other discount offers or does not apply to surchages or to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

GIFT BOX & WRAPPING
Our gift packaging includes our fun striped wrapping paper with our signature colors of lime green and hot pink.  It also includes a handwritten gift card with your personal message. Gift Box & Wrapping is $4.95 per box. Some oversized and drop-shipped items cannot be gift-packaged (this includes diaper bags).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return the item in brand new condition for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. We will accept returns up to 14 days from when they were shipped to you.  Your credit card will be credited for the full amount less shipping charges, this also applies if you receive the Free Shipping Offer.  After 14 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.  * The only non-refundable items at Missfitzinc.com are the personalized and custom orders (this includes crib bedding, artwork, wall letters and furniture).
