Sorry, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for any free shipping promotions. We do not accept international orders or payment.

Most orders ship the next business day after you place your order.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.   Some products including special-order items ship directly from the manufacturer and will take longer for delivery.  

Expedited shipping is not available for all products.  If it is available, you will be able to choose expedited shipping during the checkout process.  Please note your chosen shipping method only affects the time it takes your package to reach you once we ship it.  It does not affect the time it takes to get your package ready to leave the warehouse.

Some items have an additional handling fee because of size, weight, or special handling requirements. The handling fee is in addition to any shipping fees and remains in effect with any free shipping offer.   Handling fees are noted in the product descriptions.

Returns that are resalable will be refunded as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition, with the original documentation and packaging, and with the manufacturer tags intact.  A refund will not be issued for products returned that are not in resalable condition. 

A refund will be issued for items returned within 14 days.  Store credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days.  We do not accept returns after 30 days.  Shipping costs and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.  If you received free shipping the actual cost to ship the item will be deducted from your refund amount.  All bedding sets have a 25% restocking fee.

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygienic purposes.  This includes, but is not limited to; feeding and pacifier accessories, diaper accessories, mattresses, blankets and personal care items.  In addition, custom order items are not eligible for return.

Some special order products can not be canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.  These items are not eligible for return.  This includes, but is not limited to, all wooden wall letters and any item embroidered or monogrammed.  This also includes, but is not limited to, all products from the following manufacturers; Twelve Timbers, Serena & Lily, Doodlefish, New Arrivals and Airflow Collectibles.

Gift Wrap

Gift wrapping is available for most products, however some oversized items and products shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be gift wrapped.  Gift wrap charges are determined based on the size of the item.  Prices range from $2.00 to $6.00 per item.  If gift wrap is available for an item you plan to purchase, you will have the option to choose it at checkout.  Our gift wrap is black and white.  In addition, we would be happy to include a gift message on the packing slip of your package.
