Miss Fitz cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once we receive your package we will refund your credit card or issue a merchandise credit certificate within 7-10 business days.

Most Items can be returned for 30 days from date it arrived at the original ship to address.  A refund will be issued for items returned within 14 days.  Store credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days.   We do not except returns after 30 days.

Returns that are resalable will be refunded as long as the item is returned in unused condition with the original documentation and packaging with the manufacture tags intact.  A refund will not be issued for products returned that are not in resalable condition.   At the customer’s request and expense products returned that are not in resalable condition will be shipped back to the customer.  A 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs applies to all crib bedding returns.  

Customers are responsible for shipping costs each way for returns.   The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you received free shipping the actual cost to ship the item will be deducted from your refund amount.

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygienic purposes.  This includes, but is not limited to: feeding and pacifier accessories, diaper accessories, mattresses, blankets and personal care items.  In addition custom order items are not eligible for return.

You must notify us within 5 days from delivery of any damaged or defective products.  Please keep the original box and all packaging. Miss Fitz will provide an equivalent replacement item or issue a refund.

If you received a free gift or promotion with an item for which you received a free gift, you must also return the free gift in order to receive a refund.  If you choose to keep the free gift or if the free gift is not returned in new, resalable condition, the current retail cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.  Items purchased together as part of a promotion, must be returned together to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Items returned without a return authorization number or with an expired return authorization number will not receive a refund and will not be returned to the customer.

For customer convenience, Miss Fitz charges a flat shipping rate based on the amount of an order.  Shipping costs may be higher than our flat rate fee.   The actual shipping charges to deliver a product will be deducted from all credits and exchanges.  Please note that this amount may be significantly higher than the flat rate amount.  

All Gift orders will receive store credit that is valid for 2 years.  Shipping costs and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  If this is not possible store credit will be issued.

Orders refused at delivery are subject to a $10 handling fee and a 25% restocking fee.  Orders returned to us because of inaccurate or insufficient address information will be treated as a refusal, but can be reshipped.  Items reshipped are not subjected to the restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for actual shipping costs including freight to and from the customer.  Please note actual shipping costs may be more than the flat rate.
