Our flat rate shipping rates make shopping at Miss Fitz simple and affordable. All orders over $99 ship free. Free shipping only applies to orders shipping via standard delivery to an address in the Continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for any free shipping promotions. Most orders ship out the next business day after you place your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Some products including special-order items ship directly from the
manufacturer and will take longer for delivery. Estimated delivery
times are located in the product descriptions. Some products ship
directly from the manufacturer and cannot ship to PO boxes.At this time, Miss Fitz only ships to addresses in the United States including APO/FPO addresses. We do not accept international orders or payment.

Expedited shipping
Expedited shipping is available for some products. If it is available, you will be able to choose expedited shipping during the checkout process. Please note that expediting shipping options are subject to carrier pick-up times and business day limitations. Your chosen shipping method only effects the time it takes your package to reach you once we ship it. It does not affect the time it takes to get your package ready to leave the warehouse. For example if you choose next day shipping on an order placed after 11 am on Friday it will not arrive at its destination until Tuesday. In this example, the cut off time for next day delivery is 10 am; therefore, the package will not be picked up by the shipping carrier until Monday morning. Free Shipping
Free shipping coupon codes and promotions are only valid for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. If you use a free shipping coupon for an order with a delivery address to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO address you will be contacted via e-mail with the additional shipping charges. You will need to reply to the e-mail and approve the additional shipping charges before your order can ship.
Handling Fees
Some items have an additional handling fee because of size, weight or special handling requirements. The handling fee is in addition to any shipping fees and remains in effect with any free shipping offer. Handling fees are noted in the product descriptions.
Refusals and Cancellations
Orders refused at delivery are subject to a $10 handling fee and a 25% restocking fee. Orders returned to us because of inaccurate or insufficient address information will be treated as a refusal, but can be reshipped. Items reshipped are not subjected to the restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for actual shipping costs including freight to and from the customer. Please note actual shipping costs may be more than the flat rate. Miss Fitz cannot accept cancellations once an item has shipped. In addition, orders for some bedding sets cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. If the item has already been shipped or placed with the manufacturer, you will need to return it to Miss Fitz, and it will be handled according to the return policy.
Lost and Damaged Packages
Miss Fitz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the shipping process. The customer is responsible for contacting Miss Fitz regarding a lost or damaged package, and Miss Fitz will contact the shipping carrier. Miss Fitz is unable to accept cancellations as a result of damaged or lost merchandise. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery. Miss Fitz is not responsible for discrepancies or damage reported after 5 business days of delivery.
Out-Of-Stock Items
On rare occasions, an item will go out of stock after you place your order. If this happens you will be contacted by e-mail and offered a substitute product or you may cancel the order. If we are expecting a new shipment within 30 days you may choose to put the order on “Hold.” We will ship the order as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until we are able to ship your order. We will make several attempts to notify you if an item in your order is “out-of-Stock,” but if after 30 days we have been unable to reach you and new stock does not become available your order will be cancelled.
